How to Boot in Safe Mode Windows 10 While Booting through F8 Key

 

1)    Open the cmd (Run as administrator)

2)    Then you can type this command line: bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy. And hit Enter key

3)    Reboot Windows 10 PC in Safe Mode
